I´m in charge of Dorchester, having a look at the figures, I think I´ll end the season with 200.000€ in red.
I really don´t want to get a high debt, or receive some extra money in order to cover the club´s debet as a present of the board. (don´t undertand why in FM the board finances, when you´re spending more money than you should, for me that´s cheaating, yo should be fired in taht case).
The thing is that I´ll need to sell sevaral players, and I may be forced to tranfer list almost every first team player, cause I need 150-200000 €.
Are the players going to be furious at me??
My loyalty attributte is going to be lowered??
is compatible to have somebody as Key palyer and transfer list him??
Any tips would be welcome.

If it gets that bad, let your chairman do the listing.
I moved jobs and the offer gave me the choice of budgets, high wages, no transfer money up to low wages, high transfer budget. I negotiated for something in the middle. Guess what, when I signed my contract they had gone back to low wages, high transfer budget.
When I failed to cut the wage bill (due in part to having to sign some goalkeepers, (now I know why the club was at the bottom of the table) the chairman took it upon himself to sell my highest earners (and mainly my best players). None of the players were upset with me and when the dust setlled, life carried on as before.

I've sold many keys players though, but I've never had the need to transfer list them.
With the risk of going too far, I'll say I usually take action when there's enough interest to start a bidding war.
Oh, and on the subject of chairmen/major shareholder injecting money like mad look at Lleida or at Vilanova i la Geltrú FC IRL.
Lleida's major shareholder and board assessor, Tatxo Benet, has injected like €7.5m since he became the major shareholder, perhaps even more.
Vilanova's case is pretty much the same, though some divisions lower in the pyramid. When Ramon Centaño took charge (in 1ª Catalana IIRC) he had to start injecting money to the club. I don't know the exact figures, as I haven't talked with him about that specifically, but it's only now, after three promotions and in the way for a fourth (fingers crossed) and after the sale of the Stadium that the team start to look healthier economically.
I'm sure there's plenty of cases in which the board/major shareholders inject money, it's just that you don't get many news about it IRL.

Finances are not the responsibility of the manager. It's the responsibility of the Board. If you're in the red - that ain't your fault. Just manage the team.

If you are looking for realism why do you need answers to the questions you posed? Surely if you think it is realistic to transfer list all you players then do it and you'll soon find out the consequences as you would in real life and if you don't think it is realistic then don't do it!
Either way, for realism, you don't get advanced warning of what the result of your actions will be

This man speaks the truth. Unfortunately, at Cardiff we have Sam Hammam and Peter Ridsdale on the board...
