Why do I have to give you an "ulscer"? I don’t even know what an ulscer is. I did Google it just to see if you were guilty of player naming yourself. But apparently all you were guilty of is an old typo yourself

I do look after my finances very carefully and always try to make a profit if possible. It may not be my job but when I manage a team, I feel responsible for every aspect of success or failure. Usually it's not possible to make money until you've reached the dizzy heights of certain nations' top leagues, but surprisingly in the Workington challenge I'm making around 400k profit a year in the Conference National, without player sales! It's a whole new feeling, but it feels...well...good.

OK I have listed everybody for a couple of weeks and was able to sell 3 players, which covered the red figures.

The problem was taht the game crashed in May 20th.

Just a couple of comments:

In my opinion, from championship to conference, in real life, most clubs are wiling to sell they key players if they receive a reasonable bid from a team belonging to a higjer category, I´m talking in general, of course there are few exceotions. Normally these clubes struggle with money and they can´t compete in terms of salries with upper clubs, and the transfer money usually, strengthen their economies. So even if they players are not transfer listed, lower temas are sellers of their key players to higher divisions, not purchasers, and of course they a re willing to get good money, and these palyers are on the market.

Finances wise, of course, everybody can play the way they want, but I think, a manger should bear in mind the financial status, and the management of the squad should be influenced by the team economy, One of the most imnportant tasks of the maneger, is dealing with the squad, selling and purchasing renewing contracts, but always trying to have the financal status of the team reasonably balanced.

For me is as important to know which key player are you going to sell and which one you´re keeping because of money trobleand how you are going to get a substitute.

For me that´s manegement, the succesful manegement is the one that gives results, and keeps club´s finances balanced, and the one that bears in mind the financial status of the clib.

I definitely agree with that, but that would preclude putting the whole team up for sale. I would hope to sort things out before it got to that stage. I know, that it is not always possibe.

Having players who think they are too good for your club and want to move to a bigger club are annoying, especially when no "bigger club" shares their high opinion of themself so they just stay in your team, constantly unhappy and wanting a move!
