Season 11/12

League 2: P46 W21 D11 L14 Pts 74 (3rd)
FA Cup: 4th Rd Replay (lost 1-2 West Brom)
League Cup: 3rd Rd (lost 0-3 Ipswich)
LDV: 3rd Rd (lost 1-2 Walsall)

Bought a total of 3 players and sold 6 players due to their insistence of higher salaries which was over the cap allowed.

It was only on the final day that 3rd place was achieved by a mere point from the 4th place team. (still can't stop smiling)

What I realised was the club is quickly bleeding money despite the Cup run and sale of players. Hate those tax expenditure!!

Now bring on League One!

KUTGW

I'm with Frickley now after getting sacked from relegated Lancaster at the end of 05/06.

Finished 9th with Frickley in 06/07. Plenty of work to do here I think.

Great to have another Frickley manager here. Feel free to post your updates in this thread.

I'm now contemplating on jumping ship back to Conference North/South. Hucknall came knocking a few times. It certainly beats the challenge playing in the league.

Just a little update. Now in mid-season (end-Dec) and doing quite ok on 5th position, 9 pts from the top and in the Semis in the League Cup.
