Playiong Maidenhead, won promotion thru playoffs to Conference in first season. Pre-season frienfly - Fenerbache want to come to York Road. I'm settled into the philosophy of playing pre-season friendlies against u18 team and orchestrating a massacre to help moral, but decide to accept as might be a good moneyspinner.

tough game, 1-0 down after 30 mins, *sulkyfrenchbloke* looking dangerous but new signing *formerhammerkeeper* is trying to imitate a wall. react to concding goal by putting tackling on hard, have to go to toilet, forget to press pause, when i come back it's halftime and we're 3-1 up. end up wining 4-2. let the good times roll!!!

If you approached Fenerbache to arrange this friendly it is not in the spirit of LLM. It's not very likely that a team of that stature will travel from Turkey to play a conference side!

Making money from such a match is borderline cheating in my opinion.

Let your Ass Man arrange friendlies, they tend to be more realistic with the odd surprise thrown in.

When I sign/sell a player I try to include a friendly in the transfer, which I think is fairly realistic. Any remaining spaces get filled up by local sides, in my current Yeading game I have an annual friendly with local rivals Hayes.
