A L1 and a Championship team wanted him so I set the asking price to 2M and they both bid. I could not say no since he was showing signs of unrest.

He was my best player during promotion scoring 30 goals in 40 appearences. He had an averag rating of 7.50. I missed him a lot in the Conference and the fans were not too happy to see him go.

The strange thing is that I got a news item after I sold him that he did not experience the best of seasons at Vauxhalls. How many goals did he need to score to have a succesful season?

Fortunately my scout has just unearthed another potential star striker.

I've probably written more than some regulars like, but nobody have chopped my head off yet. I think it's nice with a few paragraphs explaining the progress, and then this overview for clearence and briefness for those who like that. It gets a bit more interesting with a short description of the main events of the season.

Don't get the point of huge stories though, explaning match by match etc. They must spend more time writing up what happened than actually playing the game!
