Somewhere there lies the remains of an office chair that I once destroyed in a fit of rage over a CM result. This was a very sturdy chair with a frame that was partly made of oak, but I managed to shatter it in two or three places and render it useless.

I'm not proud of it, but I kept the chair around for more than a year as a reminder. I took various measures to improve my mental health, and, thankfully, those fits of anger are gone for good.

I usually slap my forehead, Homer Simpson style, and say out loud "DOH. You were supposed to tackle him you f***ing MORON!" , and only then hit the chair, mouse, keyboard, bed, throw various objects through my room. Glad to see I'm not the only one with mental problems. :cool:

Broke my fist when I slammed down on my desk once... Hit too close to the edge.

Tip: get one of those gel wrist-rests to put in front of your keyboard. In frustrating moments they are great to pick up and beat the monitor with.

Don't think that will do. Would be better with gel chair, gel desk, gel keyboard, gel anything really. Or perhaps I should just be locked up somewhere in a straightjacket
