the LLaMa rule that you can only use players your scouts have found is annoying when starting a game because you've had no time to do any scouting and, lets face it, you need some new players. It would be good if you had a list of players you know of (of the right level) to start off with (as any RL manager would have), and prehaps update the list with better players as you move up the leagues

Most of mine are already covered but a big one is just innaccurate financial information of LL teams. Anyone who playes in the bottom dutch league, for example, knows that by the end of the first season almost every club is in dire financial trouble and it usually gets worse over time. Eventually clubs go bankrupt, transfers die off, and you're forced to quit the game.
I think it is due to a combination of poor research on the clubs' actual finances, very small attendance and innaccurate stadium information, and overly large expenses. If the leagues were really in as poor shape as they are in FM05, then I'd expect half of the teams to be declaring bankruptcy about now in the real world.

Difficult to model, I imagine, artillery-bloke.
Given the choice between bankrupcy galore or all the LL teams getting ridiculously rich, I'd err to the side of poverty, tbh.
Which isn't to say I don't hope it will be better in FM06, but that if it can't be right I'd rather it not go the other way.

the problem with the finances is that a club functions well making either a small profit or loss and then all of a sudden you are dishing up 100k to other spending! and then it drops down v.little and then the following month it shoots up again. Maybe th other could be broken down further into admin costs, hotels, traveling, etc and a realistic budget for doing so. Maybe deciding not to stay at a hotel when ut playing across the city of 10 miles up the road!

IMPROVE THE MATCH ENGINGE!
Don't let it happen again that a backpass from 30 meters goes in the goal with your goalie just watching the ball. No opponent player even nearby ofcourse.
And if this was the first goal I've seen because of a backpass which just rolled into the goal .........

Most of my issues have been listed except for manager reputations. I think at least the human managers are far too overrated in FM. When I was in the conference north I was getting job offers from the like of Gretna and League Two clubs when I was there for a short period of time.
When I was in league two after a few months I started getting offers from league one clubs. I don't like this and it's very unrealistic.
Something I don't have much experience with but I fear are the clus being promoted to Conf North/South. I haven't played enough seasons, but I did seem to remember on previous games there weren't enough obscure clubs getting promoted to the Conference. I just want to put my mind at rest that there are actually a suitable number of obscure clubs being promoted and not just the same 3 that went down the year before.

Another problem in FM is the jumbling up geographically of the Conference North & South, for example Hornchurch always seem to end up going to Conference North.
There's as many as a dozen clubs in the wrong division at times.
The clubs getting promoted to Conference North/South had improved on the previous version, but there were still numerous instances of clubs coming back after one season out.

Same with Spanish 2nd Division B Groups. It looks as if the promoted/demoted teams just hop into the wrong groups.

Most of concerns covered.
One thing that bothers is club reputation. After a couple of season sqauders require unearthy contracts, and the club is doomed for struggle.
