Nothing to add, but there are some very good points.

I just hope for the sake of FM that SI look at whats being said and do the leg work before the game comes out and doesn't leave it till the updates!

Having reserve teams playing at the same time as the first team.I only have a small squad spilt equally between both teams.When a first team player is injured/suspended,I regularly have to use grey players 'cos I am unable to pick my reserves as they are playing at the same time.
Surely the first team fixtures would be more important and the reserves would have to play on another date or I at least have the option to pick my team before the reserve team coach picks his

Better player interaction. IMHO, player "concerns" should be set up so that the manager can interact with them if he chooses. It annoys me to no end to see "Wants clarification on role with club" in player concerns and not being able to do anything about it. Especially when a player is coming off of injury.

Scouting, as noted. And make "scout next opponent" useful again by allowing us to see ratings on the players for the clubs. There's no reason why a scout watching a team shouldn't be scouting the players as well.

Totally agree about part time contracted players getting less effect from training. 50% might be a bit too much. But 75% might be right. And training IMHO, has regressed from CM. All custom programs seem to do is increase the number of injuries.

And still not enough tactical control. Keepers never listen to 'defender collect' instructions. Players seem to be on rails too much still, and marking is still shoddy, especially man-marking.

For me, better interaction with your board would be nice. Take this for instance. Taking over a club midway through the season who are at a loss, and one space above relagation. Demands, get us a safe mid table position and cut reach the wage budget (40k overdrawn at that point)

We finish the season just in the black (we were 500k in the red when I took over) and two points behind a playoff. Season after that in January we are with the same goals set by management still 20k above our budget but ... we have a profit of 987k. In a sporting manner, we are tenth (so within the set goal)

My security status ... Very insecure.

I think it would be nice if also the financial part the manager brings a club into is more calculate in the appreciation level of the board.

Although as far as scouting is concerned, I agree aswell.

Also, might want to take a look at the 2D. Being called offside when you are not is part of football, but perhaps the text comments should then be improved. Or again, board reactions to loosing a game like that might be nice.
