- be able to chose yourself your feeder club and not the board
- have the assistant autoselect which young player should learn from.
- the salary/bonus you earn may help you buy (after saving) a lower division club ( Fc Bromley) as now we saw that a lot of team are bought by rich ppl
- if the playe has been in a nation team and win a trophy his level shoud improve rapidly
- be able to select country where you want your youngster to come from ( new young intake)
- when player dilike each other able them to talk about it lol!
National Team
- be able to adverstis posistion like coach as it is for clubs
- ask manager club to improve player on different new position
