Default psychologist?

many teams employ sport psychologists IRL to help with issues such as irrational behaviours, training habits, anger management, settling in to a new club and team building to name a few.

maybe this could be included in FM as a way to influence mental attributes?

just thinking how this would be implemented;

1.maybe if a player recieved a certain amount of disciplinary points an option could be available for anger management.

2.option could also be available if the player was having trouble settle in to new area.

3. available for youth players (learning/tutor style) to make the players personality more professional and to generally increase player attributes.

4.consistent poor performance could also be a reason for a sport psychologist to be employed for a team or individual.

5. special intervention to be employed to improve moral/ motivate players before a key game e.g. cup final.

good idea, sports psychologists are a big part of the real life game.

they could be used as with other coaching staff to influence mental attributes, moral & discipline... i like it a lot!

Yep, they would be a great addition, especially if they could help with Morale (an inspirational speech), mental attributes or even personal problems and player fall outs.
