Green Hornet

I've noticed Iam doing a hell of a lot better without saying a word. I only say well done if we win the game. I mean how angry can you get, I would love to pucnh my captain every now and then. I just don't say anything and it's working a treat. Try it, believe me it works wonders.

getting angry seems to have a terrible effect on morale regardless of the circumstances. i always try to be sympathetic or give no team talk unless it's absolutely necessarily (although that gets harder the angrier i get irl!!)
