Hi Folks,

probably this whole stuff has been discussed elsewehere, but i havent found an concrete answer to my problem.

Since having installed beta patch 2 I am losing all (!!!) my games. I have started a new game, revamped my whole tactics (Marking, Tackling, System, Closing Down etc.) - nothing works for me.

The main problem is that my players decided to play without getting the ball from the opponent. They just accompany the opponents instead of tackling (i have chosen hard-tackling) or even try to win one-on-one-situations.

Is that the world famous closing down bug? If yes, why did si make it even worse with beta patch 2? I experienced the same issues in the unpatched and the first patch version, but right now i am not able to call the game playable.

But maybe i am to stupid ...
Please help me out.

That may be closing down bug yes, players will be easily beaten and refuse to tackle.

Ithought by beta patch 2 it wud be fixed so hsve a look at your closing down and defensive line sliders.

Thanks the help, but i have looked so much on the sliders that my eyes are already burning. ;-)
The problem ist definitely nor solved in peta 2.

It just happend to me again as Juventus.

Perotta just walked to my goal with no problems and scored.

I've seen a lot of goals similar to the one you conceded, Fred. I've given up playing for now because there is it's so infuriating seeing these goals scored against you, when there's nothing you can do...

that is exactly what i experience all the time. Did you find a solution?

I dont wanna be called one of the moaners, but that is killing a lot of fun.

I havent found a solution, must be a bug. Dosnt matter what defenders i use or what team i manage og what tactic being used. It happends randomly.

And yes very frustrating, i really hope they release a proper patch soon.

Well then i stand corrected it seems, and SI manage yet again to go backward, i havnt had that problem from the 2nd beta but my morale is rockbottom and i cant score goals which has ruined my game so far.

How come when they fix soemthing they manage to break something else? Feeder clubs seem to have gone backwards again too

I had the morale bug with beta 1, but cant say if ist is in beta 2 too - cause i am always losing due to the closing down thing. ;-) This game became so stupid that it is almost funny.

Just by the way: It would be great, if SI would be so kind and confirm that this (morale, clsoing down) are bugs, they are working on or if that are just features to make the game even more realistic - lol.
