Default High training workload

One my players is unhappy with his high training work load, if i move him to another schedule with a lower worload, will he still progress the same as on the higher one?

i find its my youth players who bitch...

leave them it wont kill them i find only the best make it and my hard training sorts the men from the boys

Probably not but with some players that's just the way it is. It just depends how valuable he is to the team and how important it is to keep him happy.

He'll probably still reach his potential, just a little slower.
