When you're in your tactics screen, you can select a player's individual instructions by position using the 'Set To' menu.

I wondered if there was any way to have any custom options in here, my thinking being that I could have actual players' instructions here, eg, 'Set To > Player A (home)'.

So you mean that an individuals instructions are for the player, rather than the position?

Yeah would be good to see but im not sure how often i would use it.

What he means is to have a saved 'template' (for lack of a better word). Say he wants his DR to play a certain way when at home he could save it as 'DRHOME'. He could do the same for playing away. So he would have saved two sets of player instructions and could easily switch between them.

Unfortunately, this is not a feature in the game (unless I've missed it?).

Yeah, that pretty much it, but the idea mainly revolved around setting instructions for a particular player.

Let's say my first choice RM has low crossing and high dribbling then I'd save a template for him that suits his attributes. Then if he were injured or something I could load up another template for my second choice RM who may be terrible at dribbling but great at crossing.
