To those peeps who say "its your tactics" or its this or that!!! How can tactics determine torres, ruud, ronaldo, villa etc to miss one and ones??? How the F*&k can you say that?? And why do some peeps on these forums try to defend the indefensible?? R u guys paid by SI or summat?? I enjoy FM, I love Football, i have always in my own way stayed loyal to FM, but if i (or other members) criticise or comment on a certain point in the game we are entitled to do so, simple as!! (if there was an icon to stick a middle finger u...i would have used it!!) I have read so many threads, and some posters attitute towards others comments just stinks( Nerdessico gfy) Also i personally think that if the game is creating too many chances, and hence in order to combat high scores and by doing so makes your strikers look like donkeys, then maybe the number of chances shoul be reduced.

I'm becoming more convinced that it's the right way to go.
Could lead to some awsomely boring matches though

This particular problem has been highlighted, I'd expect it to improve after the patch.

If you have a tactic which, as I do creates something like 10-20 chances a game regularly you would expect not to be struggling to score constantly.

You would not expect a player like Kaka, or Inzaghi, Ronaldo or Gilardino to consistently miss clear cut 1on1 chances to score, I have constantly had this problem with all teams I have managed.

And the long shot problem is a total joke, non stop aimless shots that before the fanboys jump in and say tactics, cannot be stopped regardless of how low the CF is, how high the Ttb slider is, or having long shots on minimum.

The fact is that I am not talking about superkeepers, my players seem to be crap finishers, no matter their quality.

It's your tactics.

My strikers seem too good to be honest.

In my current season theres over 10 strikers with 20+ goals in one division, thats too high and doesnt tie up with strikers not being able to finish ?

Agreed, but i suppose this way, when your player gets a chance and he tucks it away nicely into bottom corner, you know you spent 20-30 mil wisely!! whereas now, my players score 1 goal out of 10 chances then im still fuming at the end of the match thinkin, i didnt pay x amount for you to keep on hitting the keeper or try to be johnny wilkinson!!
