did any one say software arne't covered by the return of goods act?

i've always known you can return it.
buying over the internet also allows you a cooling off period where you can return the goods, i believe free of charge

the problem was with people claiming they could take SI to court becuase the prodcut was 'not fit for purpose'

Back in 1985, I went to see 'The Neverending Story'* at the cinema. It was crap. Does this mean I can have my money back?

*Note: I only went to see this film because Back To the Future was fully booked.

congratulations on finding this out today! you were only told it 20 times yesterday by different people. you even seem to have forgotten in your quest to prove yourself right that you were creating an issue with trading standards and SI. trying to say the game was not fit for its purpose (when it actually is)
