It's already been said that it will hopefully be done in the next week. What more do you want. You say you'd be satisfied just to have a rough idea. Well one's been given so why are threads like this still appearing? </BLOCKQUOTE>

I do understand your frustration, heck I'm going through much of the same myself...
But I don't think you want SI to release a patch that only causes more problems? How would that be for customer service? not good at all to be honest.
No, you are correct in saying i do not want a sub standard patch, but i di not want a sub standard game, but that was released...
But, im not here to slate anyone, i just think we deserve a little better in the way of customer service..
I run two nightclubs, and i could not contemplate offering this level of customer service, not without requiring my door man.. haha

Si BHA, i appreciate you apology, i really do..
And my comments are not purely directed at you, Im aware you do a tough job, but some people are in a period of stasis waiting for the game to be ironed out, and we just feel a little let down.

re si
that comment about we working on it was what im talking about in my post about trading standards.
if that was an official comment si then i will link this post to my complaint to trading standards as i have paid for something that does not deliver what it says on the box so we are all allowed to complain. but you should be saying a lot more than we are working on it si.
as for the chopper!
you dont put a date on that smurf dude comment and is he an si employee?
and dont go slating people for demanding a patch chopper because like me they have paid money for something that at the mo doesnt work properly so si are legally binded to help them and reply to any questions.
