I've used that "Run of form" cheat on LMA before.
A cheat whereby you win every game totally and utterly eliminates the point of "Management" and renders the game completely pointless.

But after a while of despair and defeat, it can be a welcome tonic, especially as you snigger to yourself as you reload a 3-0 defeat and ludicrously win the match at a canter, using identical team line-up, formation and tactics. 4-0.

Baffling.

When I first started playing CM I vowed never to cheat, and I stuck to my vow... until I lost at home to an already relegated team on the last day of season - a result that would've robbed me of my deserved championship crown with AS Roma.

I'm sure Ferguson and Benitez would cheat if they could...

And as for Wenger, well he DOES bloody cheat!

When I had got bored of 07, having played loads of seasons and with many so called big sides (Leeds, Spurs, West Ham and Newcastle) relegated in my game, I decided to use the save editor to edit some of these teams - just to see what would happen.

For example with Leeds, who were about to drop into non-league, I made most of their players dirty and aggresive (bit like their 70s team) - they got promoted season after season and were soon back in the Premiership. Surprisingly, they got very few red cards.

Eventually, I got bored of this and went back to original save and decided to add another manager to try and rescue Leeds the hard way. But then FM08 came out!

Never cheated as such - the only thing i have done (and i have done this at least once on every editable version) is put myself in as a 20 everything player at a non-league club (not whoever i am managing, and i'm not allowed to buy...me O_o in order to watch my career

You should never cheat on any FM series, I can't see the point and I guess cheating is quite boring anyway to living on the edge. All you need to do is read in forums for recommended signings instead of using a scout program and just adjust your formation to how your opposing plays and you should have your ideal tactics by the time you've played all your friendlies.

Other than that, just read lots of guides on training, tactics, etc cause that much cheating sounds like you are either impatient or haven't grasped how to play it correctly (thats not having a dig at you personally) just play properly with FM08 & you'll fall in love with it straight away
