Hi everyone and SI,

I believe I have found a bug in my Liverpool/Carlisle game. I was, I believe around 50k under my wage budget but I couldnt convert it to my excess transfer budget which frustrated me no end because I cant sign players (have only signed 1 so far, Van der Vaart).

I then tried converting my remaining transfer budget - around 5 million to wages leaving me with an excess 100k for wages. And I still cant convert it to my transfer budget!! I have 14 million in my balance, 100k under my wage budget and still no dice?!

Does anyone have the same problem as me? Because I find it really frustrating. Thanks in advance.

I haven't tried this yet, is it "adjust budget?" Sorry I'm no help, I would like some advice on this too.

Isn't the decision down to the board?

I don't think you can always convert.

My apologies, let me explain further. Firstly, it was my mistake for some misinformation.

After some transfer activity I was left with 1.5 million pounds and under my wage budget a fair bit. I tried converting all 1.5 million to my wage budget and I was 100k under in regard to wages.

That being said, as Liverpool being 100k under wage budget, I should expect to be able to convert obviously not all but a fair bit of those wages to a substancial (sp)transfer budget.

Anyone having the same problem as me? I will try to get some screenshots in the meantime.

You have to be over your wage budget! if you are over it you can change some of your transfer budget into the wage budget!hope that helps!

Hey buddy, I am under my wage budget. I believe that only if you are under your wage budget they will let you convert your excess wages into money you can use for transfers.

I tried to do something similar. I was 48K annually under my wage budget and the previous coach had spent all of the transfer budget before I got there. Being in the relegation zone, I wanted to adjust my budget to get 10K into my transfer budget. I was unable to make the switch.

I assumed I couldn't because the team was running in the red.

Could that be your situation as well?

When you click the "adjust budget" button, do you only get a "tranfer budget to wage budget" option and never the other way around?

That happens to me but there is an easy workaround. Simply put all the transfer budget over to the wage budget, click accept. Now click "adjust budget" again and it should now be "wages to transfers". Hope that works

I'm currently over wage budget and i would like to make the transfer budget convert into wage budget, but it only lets me convert wages into transfers i know about the adjust budget option but it never gives me the other way round! anyone any help please many thanks!

You 51 a r. Doesn't work at all. I did it following the guide in the "tips from the test room" and it just doesn't work.

Now instead of being 200k under my wage budget I'm right at it but with a £200m transfer budget I'm never going to use.
