it depends on the window u access the transfer budget from

if u access fom a players contract u get transfer to wage.

access from transfer gets you wage to transfer

I cant transfer my transfer budget to my wage budget as well.I can only transfer my wage budget to transfer budget.cant even do it if I access the player`s contract window.anyone can help?
