I would just to hear u peepz inputs or stories pertaining to this subject matter.
Eg, when you r playing the English League, it is of cause common to see managers around the english club being hired or sacked...
Though it certainly irritates me that more often that not, when a new a manager is hired or fired, it doesnt come out an important notice or "news", instead I would only find out that a new manager was hired for that club, a couple of days ago, when i go to "jobs" options..I think this is someting which must be highlighted in the inbox...
But more importantly, I am just curious with regards to the status of managers in non playing leagues. I havnt played more than 1 season, thus i am just curious to hear more bout this issue..
Do managers in non playing leagues faces the sack n get hired by other non playing league teams or even playing league teams? Eg when playing the EPL, does ancelotti gets the boot from milan, or he chose to takeover chelsea, and van basten goes to replace him over at him..u noe the dynamics of managers movement in the reel world..
If not, wouldnt it be kind lamez, 4-5 season or even 10..u could be playing foreign teams with the same old manager, yr afta yr, afta yr....
I mean this certainly can be extended to managers from playing and non playing leagues to take up jobs elsewhere n move...of cos having the player itself to take up a job in another league, would be overbearing, due to possible database problems..that i m okie wif
but certainly to have a better reflection of real football scenario, we should also see frequent movements of managers in other non playing leagues,eg rijkaard is sack, mourinho gets in..and if a playing manager already have a bad rep with mourinho, he can continue the debate with him, thru manager comments, that "eg, barca wont succeed under him"...i jus thot this would be soo coool to have...
