i just looked at the persoinal page of my players and i found out there's a row called manager promises....can someone tell me what is this for? issit something like ronaldo betting with ferguson that he will reach 20goals?

For example, if a player complains that he's not getting enough first team, you can, through media, "promise" him that, of he trains well, he'll keep his spot.

another example is when you promise the player to renew their contract.
