I started the game with Burghausen (Germany) and I am now in my 3rd season.
In the 1st season I won the Regional league and won promotion to the 2nd division. In the 2nd season I finshed second and won promotion to the 1st division (the top German league). I led the early part of the season and with about 1/3 season gone I am 4th and in the 1/4's of the German cup.
As Burghausen are a very small club I have been looking to move on. I applied for the job at Kaiserslautern (who were 17th) and a board ultimatum message said the board were seething and offered me the chance to resign before they sack me! Er, what? I didn't get the job - why not?
Board confidence is still very high in me and I haven't been sacked - yet. Isn't this a very extreme reaction?
