My idiotic board decided to spend over £2m on expanding our stadium in the close season, putting us deep into the red; causing me to get a transfer budget of £0 in order to try and stay in the Norwegian Premier Division having just been promoted. So I sell off 8 players, release 2, and loan out 4 to try and raise funds. I make a profit of £92K in one month. I win all of my friendlies except one (a 3-3 draw with Helsingborg in which we dominated), and make signings that please the fans.

Then, in my monthly report, the board tell me that feel that I should be performing slightly better in my role as manager. They are 'particularly angry at my apparent lack of concern at the state of the club's bank balance'. This is an absolute joke.

I needed to get that off my chest.

This part of the game (the new confidence feature) is very flawed with many people having the same problems, where your doing above their expectation and they will tell you there dissapointed.

Its a great idea, but is so poorly executed at the moment. Hopefully will be fully up and working for next year's installment.

Yo be honest though, although it has slightly improved with the patch, the further into the game you get, the old board and confidence problems start occuring again.
