In my last save I have 4 or 5 more coaches than the boards limit. After last season my goalkeeper coach quit and the coach with highest stat for goalkeeping training now has a 4.
So, to hire a new coach I must first sack enough coaches so the board allows me to hire a better goalkeeper coach.
What I request is a function to replace(sack) a coach when I hire a new one, so the board doesn't stop me.

Anyway, hope that makes sense

So you mean you want to be able to hire one and then the board say you must sack x, x and x to be able to complete this rather than just cancelling it and not telling you how many you must sack?

They always say wwe recommend that you have no more than 1 coach or whatever, depending on who you are, but normally you can get about 6, where they then restrict you and say you'r not allowed no more.

Hope I got the right end of the stick though.

Daniel Foster: That's almost how I meant. It could be a new menu alternative, "Sack and replace with [new coach]".
Thing is I don't want to have to sack coaches, just replace one with a new, better coach.
