yep you can - when you get to the manager profile screen it has a picture of nothing - click on the select picture i think it called then browse your files for the picture you want to use
You can do this when you are starting a new game, if you use the tutorial.
If you already have an ongoing game, there is a way to insert your pic, but you need to do something with the config file. There's other threads about it on here.
First of all you have to make a picture of yourself making sure it is saved as .png and that the name of the picture is the same as the picture in the config file.
once you have done this, just copy another config file from one of the facepack already in the game.
Then where it says <record from="133264" to="graphics/pictures/person/133264/portrait"/>, delete them but just make one line saying, <record from="133264" to="graphics/pictures/person/PUT IN THE NAME OF YOUR PICTURE HERE/portrait"/>
Make a new folder, bung your picture and the config file in there.
normal size pictures should be 95x95 in size, and small pictures should be 20x20 in size.
then all you do is start up your game, and you should be in there.
