Yes, the noob is asking for help. I want to have practically all the badges, logo's, players pics that I can get really.

I have created the folders like graphics, pictures, logos, ect. but dont know how to start.

I dont know anything, so could someone go step by step and help me?

Before you do anything, i would suggest download & Install a bit of software called Winrar. Download winrar Here

Once the trial is up, You cans till use this software so don't worry.


Now, Lets move onto where the graphics go.

In this version of Football Manager, Si have seen fit to place all the original graphics into a file called .FMF

This file cannot be messed with, Without a Tool but that has not been released as yet but do not fear, You can still add your own graphics.

Once you have downloaded whatever files it is you want, They may be in Zip format, this is where Winrar comes into play. What you so is the following:

Download your graphics onto your desktop.

Then right click the file, Then click Extract To and choose desktop in the drop down menu.

Once you have done that, Go to:

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008

If you have downloaded Skins, There will be a folder in Football Manager 2008 Folder callled Skins.
Thats where you put your Skins you have just extracted onto your desktop. Drag and drop into Skins folder.

In My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008
you will most likley have to create another folder, Go ahead and create a new folder and name this folder Graphics.
Inside the Graphics folder, Make other folders and call them the following:

Kits

Logos

PLayers

Your downloaded and extracted Kits go into the

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Kits


Your downloaded and extracted logos go into

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Logos

Your downloaded and extracted face packs go into

My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/Graphics/Players

Once you have downloaded all your graphics, Extracted them all and dropped them into the proper folders,

Load up your game, Go into Options. Now go into Preferences and then into Display & Sound.

Make sure Skin Cache does NOT have a Tick inside the box.

Now make sure Always Reload Skin DOES have a tick inside the box.

Now press confirm

Now your graphics should show up on your game.
