Help needed to install database

I've edited the database to include my Sunday League team and the players - I've tested it and it works ok. But I have the following questions, which I just can't figure out:

1) I've put the team into the English Conference South, but they are not appearing in the FA Cup for some reason. I've changed them from Amateur to Semi-Pro but still the same result. Their last division is also down as ECS, so I can't work out what's wrong...

2) Although I've given the players fairly low CA and PA (to stop them from becoming world-beaters as I do want to keep parts of it realistic!) their attributes are much lower when the game starts than I have specified in the editor, e.g. I have given a player Finishing of 14 and in the game he's only got 9 - is this because their CA is lower than a Finishing attribute of 14 would suggest?

3) Several of the players just retire at a ridiculously age, e.g. 27 (I have played 5 seasons on holiday mode to test it) - is there anything I can do to stop this?

4) A couple of my mates in the team would like a copy of the database. How do I do this, and how do they install it? (I assume I copy the new database from the My Documents/SI folder and make an rar/zip file from it, do they then have to extract the file to their own My Docs/SI folder? Is it that simple?)

Probably due to the fact the stats dont match up to the CA of the player so it lowers some attributes to balance them out

3) Several of the players just retire at a ridiculously age, e.g. 27 (I have played 5 seasons on holiday mode to test it) - is there anything I can do to stop this? If players go without a club for a few seasons they will retire, however it could of been due to injury which forced them tor retire

Is it that simple?) rar the folder, upload it somewhere and email them the link then they need to put it in my documents/Sports Interactive/db folder
