Ok so i made som changes with the editor and saved it (i had to save it with a new name), how do i get it to work when starting a new game?

thanx but i still haven´t solved it as i don´t get a pop-up to choose db from... any1 who know what to do?

you should do even if you havn't edited the database.....

as soon as you click new game a box comes up....top line has a pull down menu.....thats where the choices of database are........

turn on the setup wizard in your preferences in the game,start up a new game and your database should popup.

You need to put the new db in my documents/sports interactive/db folder not c:program files, only the original goes in there

thanx for helpin´ me out guys but there must be some problem with my game. I´ve done it just like you said, i´ve put the file in the right place. When i click on "new game" i starts "loading database" directly, i have no option to do anything but wait until its done loading. Then the wizard comes up and tells me to "select countries" i want to play...

i´ve tried to do this on a friends game and it works great. He gets a pop-up window to choose db from. Why doesn´t i get a pop-up? my settings are the same as his...

I can't get that popup-window either.... and my edited database is so nice, I can't wait to play it..... HELP, SOMEONE!!!!!
