I'm kind of old fashioned in this sense but I would love to be able to create a rule where each team is only allowed say 3 foreign players in there 16 player line up. not to fussed about any other nations leauges really but the english / scottish / welsh & irish leauges would love to be able to do this. even if i can't say do it by nation, region would be fine.

i read that about changing exsiting rules, but surley you can write new rules in no?

You cant change the league rules at all, they are hard coded and cant be altered, otherwise you a modifying the programme which is illegal iirc

so theres no chance of writing a little script & implementing it into the game? remembering you wouldn't be changing rules, only adding one?
