I really want to know, will it gadually increase rather than suddenly increase ???

if you set the potential ability at 200, depending on the players age, it will gradually increase rather than bounce up. If they are young, it will take a long time to increase. I made myself on the editor and set th PA to 200, and I'm not improving very fast at all lol. luckily, I'm managing oxford currently in league two, so it doesnt matter that much.
