I've created a new team and put them in England Conference South. Everything appears to work just fine except for one problem.

When I start the game my chairman will only give me about £4,700 of salary budget when most teams in Conference South get about £15,000. This makes it esentially impossible to field a competitive team. The only unusual aspect I can think of is my new team starts the game with no players. I had planned to just collect players from the unassigned pool.

I've tried manually setting the salary amount remaining in the Editor but that didn't work. Does anyone have any idea how I can address this?
