well i know you said no formations but i always play with a 4-5-1 variation on 07 - becuase i believe the midfield is the key to a successfull side on this game

Sorry for the double post and the drivel in the previous, all i find with near post flick ons is nearly every corner ends up in the side netting? and the player had great heading/jumping/composure stats. Anyone else find this?

I am using Gk, back 4 and Dm with mentality 4, then my 3 mids and 2 strikers on 20.
So far i am dominating, still unbeaten.

Sorry ETM,but there is a problem with the weather with this passing and tempo,when u have to deal with breezy and wet weather conditions.At least I think so..

| Quite a few end up in the side netting, I find it varies player to player, for example Steven Taylor and Craig Moore are good at it and Onyewu and Woodgate not so much.
Must be stats like aggressiveness and determination that help too.

Some very interesting ideas, i implemented a few and had an instant result with a win against a slightly better team in my league. But then next match i got to the match preview screen and realised my DC was maybe set a bit too defensively, i had only selected him as keeper, anyway i decided to play the match through, just out of curiosity lol
