Never trained a player for a new position but want to trin Nani to play as a AMR. Although there is one thing, i dont kno how to do it Any tips would be very much appreciated.

Go to 'training', and there is an option for train new positioon on the left, choose AMR.

Age and versatility affects a players ability to re-train. If attempted after the age of 21/22ish they may be to set in their ways to learn the new posion.

Also, if their versatility is low they may lose their new posiiton.

Playing them in the new pos will help them learn quicker.

Also, abuse the fact that senior players can tutor the younger players in Player Interaction. That way the new one can learn a few new traits off of the old one quicker and faster.
