I tend to stay around: www.sitepointforums.com www.ringquest.com (site I just sold) www.designersnetwork.com/forum (highest percentage of professional designers I've ever seen, we're a tight knit group)
I've tried others like We're Here, Something Leet, etc, but never really stuck. I like a friendly atmosphere with a good mix.
btw, where would I post tuts/techniques?
