da ding Join Date: Jan 1970 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	Forward/Backward Arrows On some of the standard tactics in FM certain player positions have forward/backward arrows. I assume this means offensive/defensive mentality. When i am creating my own tactical plan how do i insert these arrows? I am trying to create the 4-2-3-1 formation with 2 defensive mids and 3 offensive. Thanks!
