How do I get my senior players to tutor the younger players in my squad???

select the young player you want tutored, go to player interaction and then click on link player, at the bottom there is a drop down menu which you can select first team players from with whom to tutor.

You also need to make sure the youngster has "Youngster", "Hot Prospect" or "Backup" as their squad status and the older player has something higher.

Other things to take note would include things like time at the club, and the fact that you can only ask players of similar positions to learn from another.

eg: Cristiano Ronaldo can tutor Chris Eagles, but not Gerrard Pique.
