I'm currently playing with arsenal i want to how implement their style of play irl into my team, in my first season and im 8th after 6 games but got two games hand, i currently use the 5 defend 5 attack theory with slow tempo,

passing and width on the first notch of mixed, all my players apart from cesc fab are on low creativity, should i give all my attacking players high creativity

Are you making the key mistake i made of assuming Arsenal = high tempo?

After it was pointed out and explained to me, i soon realised that yes, we're a slow tempo team with lots of pace. After all, tempo is about moving the ball quickly and getting a shot off. Arsenal will probe and prod... it's all fast, but certainly in no way direct.

Slow tempo, barely anyone with forward runs and long shots often. Perhaps sarrows by the side midfielders (Arsenal don't really use "wingers") to have a four man midfield at times with decent enough width. Either that or very short, very slow, very narrow.

My Arsenal team plays exactley like Arsenal IRL
Look in wwfans TT&F thread and look over the attacking framework. I'm using it with a 4-2-2-2 (2 MCs AMR&L TM, FS) 5 tempo, 5 passing and width. Works superbly.

Do you think i should keep my players mentalities as five defend and five attack or go for a global one
