this isnt a rant about losing, or a plea for a super tactic. its just, well ive never gone this long wothout a win ever, even in previous versions of the game. although i havent won , ive had a few good results in the form of an away draw at anfield, and draws against united and chelsea, but the other results are losses to teams at the bottom of the league.
what can you do, if anything, to try and inspire your players to end this sort of run ? should i drop players, discipline them ? i really dont know what to do :S
That happend to me too. First i analyzed the tactic. if u loose many balls then u should try short/slow tempo/wide to control the ball. Try to get your main center mid to hold the ball so the team can go forward and help attaking. Change defensive line back couse if u got slow center back the fast striker of the oponent will beat them. If u play with a DMC try to put him on personal mark with the best oponent striker. On ofensive corners put your best jumping /header on flick to near post and your corner taker to center on near post. On defensive corners leave only forwar the best mid and the fastest striker u got every one else to defend. Also if u got 2 or more strikers put them short pases.
Last advice is to watch a full game so that u can see what dont function and change things. Remember that a team wont get quickly to a new tactic, it need a time to get used to it. so ig u got a 4-4-2 attacking is more easy to change to a 4-4-2 defensive or normal than to a 4-3-3. Sorry other thing put rarely on longshots just your mid o strikers with more than 15 should have that option. On offensive corners also put your best long shot guy lurking outside area.
