Ok its making me going mental, i concede a lot of goals either in the first minute of the first half or the first minute of the second half. Ive tried countering that to start the game in a 5-4-1 formation and then changing to my usual 4-4-2 after 10mins or so, but this doesnt seem to work either.

Also when I score half the time they score straight after me, again I try using the 5-4-1 but that makes no difference.

So my question is...Has anyone got a solution on how to prevent this better?

try ticking counter attack when you score.

It also sounds like your team talks aren't helping if you're constantly letting in goals early in the half.
