Could anybody give me any tips, schedules or links to other posts to help me with training my young players?
Having brought a few wonderkids/would be wonderkids, I now need a training schedule to help maximise the development of their talent!

Yeah I have the same problem...and I've struggle with it for a while now...hopefully somebody can help us out now :thup:
I have a bunch of great young talent...but their not ready for the first team yet...so what I do is; if they're old enough,I train them with the first team,but they don't get enough playing time...and if I loan them out...most of the time they don't get the training that they need to exploit they're talent...so we need a great Youth Training Schedule... :thup:
