I am currently playing the following formation:

CM CM CM

AMR AML
ST

GK: Carson def ment quick thro to vander vaart
RB: Mellberg, normal ment, cross freeq from deep to target man
LB: Bouma, ditto
CB: Knight, Def Ment
CB: Laursen, Ditto

CM: barry Attack ment, through bals yes
CM:Reo-Coker, def ment tack hard, through balls yes.
CM: Vander vaart, attack full ment, creative freedom much, through balls, free role

AMR: Agbonlahor Cross from byline aim target man
AML: Young, Ditto

ST: Carew, target man hold up ball

Also do you reckon i should put vander vaarts forward runs up, i think but im not sure that if TM holds up ball then mid should run on to it, not sure if that happens in the game.

Or should i play this formation

What do you think i should play, and any help with indv tactics would be very welcome, pref some one hwo has used either formation or a fellow villan whos got the players i have.
