hello,

i am playing a team from belgian from the 3rd class namely Eendracht Aalst.

I read all tactics and stat pages but i just never can seem to win although i am supposed to be the better team.

Is there something i should specifically pay attention to???
I normally play 442 and i put my centers to cover the attackers. I take a good look that i dont do short pâsses with speedy tempo or long passes with slow tempo.
I just don't know anything else what i should do i know i am a real NOOB!!

p.s. can some1 explain the differences between team tactics and individual tactics becouse i can't seem to find it here

Team Tactics:
They are tactics that the team as a whole can work together with. For example the long ball, this is helpful for the team because any player that gets the ball from the there half will try and punt the ball up to midfield as much as possible.

Individual Tactics:
These are tactics that will help the individual player to play better, such as the run with the ball tactic which if you are Christiano Ronaldo is very easy, however if you are Dimitar Berbatov it would be very hard and would not suit his playing style and his performance would suffer overall.

i do both i sometimes watch the whole atch and sometimes only the commentary or the highkights.

so if i put in team tactics my passing long and in individual tactics i put it short what will that player do then short or long passing?

The player will do short passing. Position instructions override team instructions.
