Just wondering wat the general thoughts are on Jefferson Farfan. Stats to me seem amazing and reckon he got some potential. For PSV he has 9 goals in 5!

But what about his best position? it always says left wing but when he plays for psv he up front and scoring a shedload. My brother has him in his Portsmouth side as a tagetman playing to his feet n he racking the goals up, so i think striking is the way forward?

Any experiences shared would be greatfully received

I play him left mid (don't really need him up front with owen and martins banging in 25+ goals each in first season )

but i played him up front for a couple of times and he seemed to play better there than on the left.

great. Iv seen him doing very well up front, because my brother has him there in his portsmouth team and i seen his osv record. Just quick question for you though, how do u play with owen and martins? is either a targetman? i know it not a tactic thread, but curious how ud get the two to gel

I think Farfan is a funny player on fm08. His stats are really good and his favoured position is ML yet his crossing is very poor. I played him on AMR with Young AML and Carew SC. He was completeley rubbish with average rating 6.7 and he was dropped with both Gabby and Maloney fighting for his shirt. Having said this when he plays up front he seems to do well but as with the other post i have better forwards.

He is fb . Score 7 in first 5 games for my Na City games, playing a mixture of up front or Right attacking midfielder.
