can anyone tell the best staffing team that u could have with villa.

my main issues are fitness and a really good assistant.

Fitness is easy. Just go to staff search and just search for staff role: "fitness coach" or just "coach" and Fitness attribute atleast 18. You'll find plenty. They'll be 7* if they have 18 or more in that aspect. If they have a good rating in "working with youngsters" as well then even better.

For assman, you'll just have to look around. Try to get Ricardo Moniz if you can. He's excellent. Else go to staff search again and look for someone who have high motivating, tactical knowledge and is alteast a 6* coach in any one aspect of training. He should be fine.
