As you can see im well and truly stumped as i dont know who to be. i have set criteria for a new game which follows:

Good Potential
Not to well established (e.g. bottom 10 of prem and below realy)
Not in Debt but not massive transfer budget
Young squad
Perhaps a team languashing in there respective league

Atletico Madrid, Zaragoza, St. Etienne, Fiorentina, Lazio, Juventus, Feyenoord are good choices for what you want.
