Can anyone suggest how i do this without FM Scout

ask your scouts, prefereably the ones with judging player ability and potential very high (around 18-20), to scout for youth tournament,such as U-19 Euro or u20 WC etc.I always do this and have found lots of good regens.some of them are wonderkid and some of them have potential to be very good players (according to my scouts).you have to trust your scout if you want to do this and of course,yo have to have a good judgement too.goodluck! :thup:
