Through the medium of team talks i seem to have become quite adept at turning a one goal lead into a one goal deficit.

Must be doing something right!

I take a pretty relaxed attitude towards my team, always try to positive in my team talks, hand out praise if a player deserves it and only hand out warnings/fines if they don't turn up to training/get sent off in consecutive games.

Only real thing I tend to do against this is borrow from a certain fiery Scottish manager and place someone on the transfer list if they disagree with something I've done or go to the press.
