Either they don't think it's necessary or they haven't got the money for it.
As for the burgers in Basingstoke, it is probably somthing to do with the 20 pints you had before the game. Even Kebabs taste great after 20 pints

I lived in Basingstoke for 12 years before moving to the states. Your graphics teacher has a few screws loose. It is definitely not the worst place in the world but I have certainly found far far better in my travels.
Have you asked the board to increase the stadium? See what message they give you. The other replay they may give is that plan are underway to increase the stadium size. It can take a long time to get a stadium made bigger (several years).... RTFH to avoid a flaming!
