I always play as American, and eventually I find that it helps. After a while I can start bringing in the good American players (good American players!! :eek. So I feel I have a leg up on many cpu teams when going after Americans.

Have done it all:

- Random Italian name while playing in Italy (01/02)
- Random name with obscure nationality, Macedonian (03/04)
- Being Me with my own RL nationality (FM & 03/04 Clan)

btw: total job offers for clubs combined: 0, so for me nationality doesn't really matter much it seems....

I play as a Hungarian nationality for Weymouth manager i have bought 8 Hungarian good players in...seems i tend to get better choices from that country!
